Planning an excursion doesn’t need to be frustrating or challenging. At UnderWater World we have everything you need to book, plan and enjoy a day everyone is sure to remember!

We’ve developed the following checklist as a guide to assist you and your students on how best to prepare for your day at UnderWater World.

Before your visit:

· Once you’ve made your booking we will send you a letter confirming your booking details.

· One month prior to your visit we will send you an information pack which will include everything you and your students need to prepare for your visit.

UNDERWATER WORLD YET?

Ask for more information when you book and we will provide you with information to organise a luxury coach to
UnderWater World and back!

At UnderWater World:

· At the start of your scheduled program an UnderWater World Education Officer will meet with the group.

· The Education Officer will do a brief introduction with the adult leaders and explain how the program will work.

· The children will meet Marina the Mermaid, then divide into their groups with their adult leader.

· Each group will start their journey at different locations and follow a simple, self-directed trail around the Oceanarium.

· The Education Officer will rotate amongst each of the groups to provide assistance, insights and additional educational information.

Additional Information:

· We have a variety of lunch options on offer for your group, including healthy alternatives and morning/afternoon tea or snacks.

· We offer a shaded, undercover area where students can enjoy their lunch or snacks.

·           We also provide two exciting education Souvenir Retail Pack
      options for your students to purchase to remember their
      visit.
