What age is classed as a child at UnderWater World

A child is classed as ages 3-14yrs. 2 years and under (Under 3s) are free of charge. 15 years and older is classed an adult.

What time does UnderWater World open?

UnderWater World is open from 9am to 5pm everyday except Christmas Day with last admissions 1 hour prior to closing time. We will operate with limited opening times on Anzac Day.  As you enter you will receive a shark re-entry stamp which allows you to come and go as much as you like throughout the day.

How long does a visit to UnderWater World take?

We recommend that you give yourself about 2 hours to explore aquarium.

Is there parking available?

Free parking is available at UnderWater World. However during holiday times parking may be limited. There are other parking options nearby.

Is UnderWater World completely undercover?

Yes, UnderWater World is completely undercover so even if it is raining you can still have a fantastic time! We are also completely air conditioned so UnderWater World is the perfect place to visit when it's hot.
